  • Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return the product and request a refund. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required to process a refund.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, customized products, or intimate items (like undergarments) for hygiene reasons.

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
